Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you type yourself: your name and a way to reach you (phone, WhatsApp or Telegram) when you reserve a stone or file a “looking for” request, together with the search terms — shape, weight, colour, clarity, budget and your note.

If you open the catalogue inside Telegram, Telegram gives us your numeric id, your name and your @handle if you have one. We do not ask for a phone number in that case.

Your language and theme are kept in cookies on your own device. Favourites and the comparison list never leave your browser.

We do not collect payment details or identity documents through this website.

Why

To answer your request, confirm the stone with the supplier, hold it for you and arrange a viewing. Nothing else.

We do not sell or share your details with third parties for advertising, and we do not send mail you did not ask for.

Where it is kept

Requests and reservations are stored in a Supabase database; the site runs on Vercel. Both are outside the UAE, and the server side of the site currently runs in the United States.

Only company staff can read this data. The key your browser receives has no access to the contact tables at all — they are closed at the database level.

How long

A request or reservation is kept until the deal is closed or until you ask us to delete it. Records of completed purchases are kept longer, because UAE tax law and anti-money-laundering rules require it.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Write to contact@diamco.pro or message +971 56 539 4646 on WhatsApp and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and tracking

Our own cookies remember your language, theme, favourites and comparison list. The site cannot work without them, so they cannot be switched off.

Visitor numbers are counted anonymously, by Cloudflare and Vercel. Those counters set no cookies, create no visitor identifier and cannot link one visit to another: all they show is how many people opened the catalogue, which pages were read and which country they came from. They need no consent, because nobody can be recognised through them.

Beyond those, two counters do create an identifier. Google Analytics shows us where visitors arrive from and the path they take through the site. The Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) does two things: it tells us which of our advertisements led to an enquiry, and it lets us show you the stones you actually looked at rather than random ones. Both receive the page address, your IP address and your browser details; the Meta pixel also receives the stone number and its price.

Neither of those two loads until you allow it in the consent notice, and they are allowed separately: analytics may be permitted while advertising is refused. Declining breaks nothing: the catalogue, filters, favourites and the WhatsApp button all work the same. You can change your mind at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

We do not pass your name, phone number or email to Meta. What Meta does with the data it receives is governed by its own privacy policy.

Third parties on our pages

The 360° viewer opens a third-party window, and only after you tap it. Until then no request is made to that service.

Certificate links point to the GIA websites. What happens there is governed by their own policies.

This site is intended for adults.

We may update this text. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
