The diamonds are held in a vault in Dubai, not in a shop window. That is what keeps the prices where they are, and it means the order of things is slightly different from a jewellery counter.

Choose online
Browse the catalogue or answer four questions and let us shortlist. Every price you see is the price you pay.

Reserve, with no payment
Leave a name and a phone number. The stone is marked for you for 24 hours and the price is held while we check.

We confirm the stone
We call the vault and confirm the diamond is still there and matches its report. You hear back within two hours during working hours. If it has gone, we send you the closest matches instead.

See it in Dubai
We bring the stone, and up to four others if you want to compare, to a viewing. Nothing is owed until you have looked at it.

Pay and collect
If it is the one, you pay and take it with its certificate. If it is not, you walk away and owe nothing.
Viewing in Dubai
Viewings are by appointment, in Dubai. We bring several stones so you can compare them in the same light rather than from memory. Bring anyone whose opinion you want, take your time, and check the laser inscription against the report while you are there.
Certificates
Every stone is graded by GIA, and each listing links to that lab's own report-check page. Do not take our word for the grade: put the report number into the lab's site and read it there.
